The Maryland State Library Agency (MSLA) provides continuing education, consulting, programming, and cooperative services to public libraries across Maryland. Funds from the Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) grant program administered by the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS), a federal agency, enable MSLA to fund library development services.
